Every fall the ski resorts pressure test the snow making systems and turn all the guns on full blast misting the slopes with a fine spray of water. If any leaks developed under the high pressure of the pumps required to make snow during colder temperatures it can be more easily welded before the snow arrives.

The Bluebirds returned for Thanks giving, I don’t know why but they keep coming back about every two weeks!

Almost all of my snipe photos include a fence or fence post… yes a road is boring but it’s nice to have a change of Snipe scenery! It was sitting in the middle of the road, I’m amazed that I didn’t run over it while driving past the peat swamps south of Dundalk. Anyhow, here it is, a Snipe on the road lol.
